The humor is effective.... the contractor reports that subs, owner's reps and other visitors inquire about why the duct is covered and he explains the indoor air quality benefit. Good IAQ doesn't need to be boring! |
Covering duct ends is an important part of meeting LEED requirements for indoor air quality during construction. So it's a serious matter, but when we were touring a job site recently we enjoyed the creativity of this particular duct cover.
